It was my wife that visited. Longer than usual wait. Friendly bi-lingual receptionist is no longer there. New one is not so friendly especially to Latinos with language barrier. Doctor Enriquez is and has always been outstanding. HE LEFT WITHOUT LETTING PATIENTS KNOW. Received a letter that due to Dr Enriquez no longer being there they are terminating the patient-doctor relationship (???). Now they won’t release her records to her new doctor and are closing this office. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

This practice has gone down hill so fast since Consensus has taken over. It used to feel like I was getting personalized family health care, now it feels like it’s a corporation who is more focused on getting my insurance money than actually caring about my health.
