I was really nervous about my procedure but all the staff were very comforting and put me at ease.
I had an outstanding experience at the National Ambulatory Surgery Center earlier today for my colonoscopy. Dr. Da Silveira and his entire team were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. D is an excellent doctor, a true gem who takes the time to explain expectations and possible outcomes. His staff is also very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I was so happy with the whole experience from consult to colonoscopy procedure that I ended up scheduling appointments for my parents and in-laws. Colon cancer is very preventable and the only way to prevent is following through with a colonoscopy. Went to dr Eduardo da Silveira on Thursday and in less than a week got a endoscopy, blood test and ultrasound.
I was disappointed not to be accepted as a patient, especially after hearing so many great things about Dr. Eduardo. I recently lost my health insurance, and even though I was willing to pay for the consultation out of pocket, I was denied because I didn’t have a referral from a primary care doctor. I had been seen at Kaiser for the past three years, but unfortunately no one was able to help me with my reflux issue — and now my symptoms are getting worse.
