We’d thought we would be in the right place with this gastroenterologist but I was wrong. They are so unprofessional with dealing with chronic complex kid. I had to call them everyday for 2 weeks even while being on vacation to get a prescription for my kid because they were taking their sweet time, knowing that it is a needed medication. Just saw my kid once. Hardly explained diagnosis. I asked to talk to him since I had some questions and concerns but receptionist always said he was busy and couldn’t talk to me. Patients only can talk to the nurse and that’s it.

It’s been months now since I’ve taken my daughter to Beltroy. The front desk insisted in charging me an amount I knew was wrong but left me no choice, sure enough my insurance statement comes in and I was overcharged so I called billing department they agreed and told me they would send a refund and never did. I have been calling for weeks and they just keep saying they’ll let “him” know and “he” hasn’t been in. Only saw/heard from him once. Seemed like a nice guy. Seemed like he knew what he was doing. I've been going to his office for about 6weeks just for weekly labs, that they never seem to have results for. The office is a mess. I can't say I would recommend this Dr or office.
