Doctor and staff make my appts very pleasant I am very satisfied with their services
Was actually afraid to go into another doctor's office after my last experience? With another primary care physician I felt do doctors do they really care? It's certainly not like old day , where Dr's spent time talking to you to really get answers and provide strong feedback on our health, but most seem to want to get to next patient. I had my new patient visit this morning with Dr Shnaydman and this medical assistant Julie. My wait time was minimal — about 5 minutes or less. Julie guided me to an exam room, took my vitals and history. She is a joy to work with — professional yet pleasant and accommodating. Dr Shnaydman came in (again, no more than a 5-minute wait). He was pleasant, professional, attentive. We scheduled labs for me which will be done there and a follow-up/wellness visit.
