UPDATE: The homebuilder is involved trying to help get any response from this company at all, and they've completely ghosted them and us. Zero response from the company or Matt. We're filing with the Attorney General and BBB since all of our trees are dead. The response from them below is them saving face as if they will respond when we call the office. That hasn't happened. They were part of my new home construction team and put in landscaping that died pretty quickly within a few weeks. Matt is friendly but VERY flaky. I asked for a quote on something else before my landscaping died, and it's been 6 weeks, and haven't ever heard back. They're on to the next unfortunate client.
Missed appts without notice and we would have to email to find out when they would come. We have dogs and they came on the wrong day twice and complained that there was dog poop and blamed us. Our lawn days are Wednesday and we pay for poop to be picked up twice a week on Tuesday and Friday to accommodate around mowing. They missed our appt last week and our lawn went almost two weeks without a mow. They show up today and the yard and grass is soaking wet and it’s obviously Monday so there’s dog poop.
