As a new Box Truck Owner Operator, I brought my Box Truck to them 2 weeks ago for the first time to get a DOT Inspection and they truly took care of Box Truck as their own. They checked everything in my Box Truck to ensure it was ready to be fully driven and I can’t say thank you enough!! I highly recommend them and they express exceptional customer service!!
Do not waste your time with them. My truck was there for 7 weeks without them ever looking at it or doing anything to fix the issue. They were unprofessional in the fact that they never called me once to update me on the status.
Complete service I just came in for a tire repair but noticed that it was a full blown shop so I had them repair a leaking fuel line now on that title while he was under the truck he noticed my side step box was loose as he was working on them he also noticed one of my slack adjusters was literally hanging on to the chamber only not even connected to the brake rod so I truly appreciate professionalism as he just doesn't do what you ask he looks over the truck to see what else needs attention and that my friends are the mecha... read more
