The white female manager here is extremely rude and arrogant. She shows little to no respect towards customers. I couldn’t help but notice that her attitude towards Asian customers is significantly worse compared to how she treats non-Asian customers, who seem to receive much better service. It’s deeply disappointing and makes me question whether there’s a bias at play. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting.
