Absolutely most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced, I understand they are not in the customer service industry. However a little responsibility would be expected. No doctor's are taking new patients, also had to pay for a private MRI, because they doctor's that where seen in the "walk in clinic" refused to send a referral. The "walk in clinic" is a joke. You have to show up at 830AM to secure a spot for the after noon? People literally line up at the door at 730am. Everything about this place is a joke. I 110% unders... read more
Horrendous management!!! My 89 year old dad can't get a doctor appt after his family doc retired told to go in and wait at the walk in clinic or phone every morning in hopes someone cancels. He can't can't even book for a future appt. People will say it's the government or lack of doctors... but why is every other town managing🤬
Dr. Kruger is an awesome family doctor, and the staff are lovely! The wait times can be long, but I know that is out of their control. Keep up the great work!
Weekly shots have me collecting frequent flyer miles…. Love my drs staff always treats me well
