Getting appointment dates after 2 months. Till then minor problem will trun in to major. No doubt why Canadians don't like to pay taxes.
Ridiculous management. If you have more than 1 issue , even if related to each other you need to have 2 appointments. Only 1 issue per visit. So kneck and back serious problems means 2 visits and wait for 2 mri appointments rather than 1 mri request to do it. Guess getting paid for 2 visits is more important than patient care.well wish there was less than 1 star. Went to apply to get a copy of my medical records. Which by alberta law is my right. There is clearly a serious crisis with our medical system when Canadian citizens are turned away, or made to jump through silly hoops in order to get basic medical assistance. The fact that any person living in edson, who does not have a "family doctor", will be denied basic medical attention, or having the opportunity to have important documents filled out in order to maintain a healthy life, is absolutely atrocious.
