Very disappointed with our experience. We were given incorrect information and communication from the dentist’s office was poor. However, they were very persistent about payment. Payment shouldn’t be the only thing the office communicates clearly about. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
Great service and staff.
Was called yesterday, told someone had cancelled and there was an opening at 11. I showed up on time, waited for 30 minutes after checking in, was not addressed by any of the staff as to the reason for the hold up, no one seemed to know what was going on, decided to leave. Disappointed my time was not valued by the staff. Have yet to receive a call back for explanation. -J. Davila

Office billed me for a tooth they didn't work on. It wasn't charged until 60 days and several visits later. It's a shame because the doctor did good work on my #8 crown.
