From the moment we drove up the hill, past the horses and the pond, and stepped into the reception at Edson Hill, we knew we had found a very special place. Our room on the main building was perfect for two, with an incredibly comfortable bed and sweet gas fireplace. We enjoyed three meals on property and felt so lucky to do so: two dinners with one at the bar and one on the outdoor patio, and breakfast. “Edson Hill - The Restaurant” in Stowe, VT, were very accommodating and understanding when I called them the day before stating we were driving from Connecticut, directly to them for dinner. I reserved our table through Resy app. We didn’t stay here, that’s why I haven’t scored the rooms. The location is beautiful and there’s parking outside entrance of the restaurant.
