My experience with Edscha Automotive Michigan:- I was an employee of above mentioned company. I Have joined through a staffing company last June 2023 and resigned Nov 25th of this year .At the very beginning of my employment the rules and regulations of said company was very good. But day by day current management decreased the reputation of company. Especially HR related management was very worst. so i’ve just been fired from this job after working here for almost 5 months as a temp. they lie to you in orientation saying it’s AC on the warehouse floor, it’s NOT. temperature literally reaches 87 degrees. people stopped coming to work because of the heat, that’s how horrible it is. they require pointless strict dress code.. jeans (even in the heat) and steel toe shoes. there’s not one job in there where you’ll get hurt if you don’t wear the “proper” dress attire. there’s no shift premium unless you’re hired in.. but the... read more
