i got great service and i love my surround system
I had read some of the reviews before I went to buy a tv and was surprised by the negative words people said against EDS TV. I had nothing but a very very good experience with their sales people and I could'nt get a better deal anywhere else. So with that , check them out and compare their prices and you will be surprised as I was. I know I'll always go to EDS TV from now on. Bud Davis Lansdale
This place is terrible on customer service! They are rude and stand offish and did not seem to want to help us at all. It took a week to get a replacement bulb and they seemed in no hurry to get it to us. Ed's will no longer be getting our business and if I can help it many more with this review and by word of mouth! If I could rate this place a zero I would but that was not an options. LOL Seriously go some where else and get your replacment bulbs on line-Quicker and much cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this store is a complete joke. prices waaaay over norm. awful service. arrogance beyond belief. do not waste the valuable time you have shopping for a qaulity set at this hole. go to Best Buy or Bob and Ron's you will be taken care of much better.
