I'm sure they do a great job for their main customers, but if you are not one of their regular fleet customers don't even bother. They will be too busy to even get you a quote.
1-2-3 Great service, courteous people, and no hidden games. My company trusts them with all our buses.
I went to get a few things fixed for my safety so I brought it in Friday night so they can work on it during the week. They didn't do anything or give me an estimate till Thursday when I pressured them to give me quote. They decided to do the inspection costing me $800 and didn't fix a thing or give me a fair evaluation for the safety. The boss and the employees are very hostile and aren't agreeable in the slightest. Had my Motorhome brought in to get 3 bolts replaced/installed on my driveshaft. Thats all the work that was needed....they charged me $155.00 to assess ( Which an assessment wasn't needed).... $155.00 to get 3 bolts ( As described in the bill breakdown)..... $155.00 to install....plus added costs and taxes....to sum it up...they charged us $599.00 to install 3 bolts.
