my wife took her truck there for a loose steering wheel. After we picked it up, the next day we had no power steering. I went in to see if they could fix the problem, the guy argued with me about the problem and told me to leave it. I did and when I went to pick it up they said it would be an additional $1800 on top of the $800 we already paid. Rock....what can I say bad..nothing at all... I just went an got my car an oil change an all. My mom told him happy early birthday an he couldn't do nothing but smile an say... I am buying everyone in here breakfast.... that man have a great heart.. I hope the Lord keep blessing him an his family an workers.
I always get great service,fair price and I'm out pretty quick. Rock does a great job making everybody feel like a priority. Stopped through yesterday for an oil change and inspection was in and out in about an hour on a Saturday that was full and the price was right.
