Warning! Ed's steamed our carpets. They looked cleaner than before but after the chemical they used wore off, the carpet odors returned. I assume product dulls the scent receptors in nostril like febreeze does. Wife reached out to them within 2 weeks and owner stated if she called back sooner they would have done something, which is double speak for too bad.
