Took my in-warranty Black & Decker wheeled string trimmer to them on 11/29/2022 as they are the closest authorized service to me. They had the unit for 5 weeks and I heard nothing from them as to status of repair. When I finally stopped in to inquire about status on 1/4/2023, I was treated like dirt. After being talked down to for several minutes, the person I was dealing with smugly added that the machine repairs were complete but he would not release the unit until he got his warranty reimbursement from MTD - and just turn... read more

I do my own repairs. I find they have the parts I need and are helpful and friendly. I have a friend who usea their service and is very happy.
