My elderly parents were selling their home and had what other companies were calling a "major" sewer issue. When you have a sewer/water main line situation, it's usually an emergency, usually expensive and usually pretty stressful. Just in time for the holidays, we had 1950's clay pipe clog to the point of no return. Ed and his dad had done work for us on a belly in the line almost 10 years ago.
