Blatantly lied to me about delivering the silverware holder, tried to charge removal fee, tried to up the price 10 dollars, then tried to charge me 10 dollars more for a 2 dollar part he could not find ! I had to tell him where to get the part. STILL NOT RECEIVED SILVERWARE HOLDER. also did not screw down the dishwasher
