I was absolutely Blown Away by how rude and unprofessional these people are. They gave me 20 minutes notice that they would be at my business location. I live 20 minutes away and I told them I would need at least a half hour. I have never seen such an inefficient and rude operation in my life. He was rude, dirty, didn't clean up after himself and late. Never again will I use this poor quality company.

I was amazed at just how inconsiderate these people are. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and didn't seem interested in helping with my problem. I was desperate so I told her to send somebody. When the guy showed up he was equally rude. It took me a minute to open the door because I was in the restroom. He asked what took me so long. He came in and looked at my leak and then quoted me an INSANE amount of money. I told him i would think about it and he then informed me that it would be $150 for him just showing up. I... read more
