Ed and Brian provided quick and professional service which in themselves were worth this 5 star review, but I wanted to also say that they provided clear and patient after sales support when answering questions. Great team! Will hire again!
Ed has installed my air conditioning and furnaces at all of my properties for more than 25 years. They take care of my plumbing needs as well. Ed and his team are professional, clean cut, knowledgeable and respectful. Pricing is reasonable/fair. They show up when they say they will. He's our guy!!
I had a problem with a tankless hot water heater. The unit is probably over 15 years old now. I called Ed after 4 o’clock in the afternoon and he was at my place for 9am the next morning to have a look at and troubleshoot. The unit I have is obsolete now so parts are hard to find, but he was able to source parts up in Toronto, I gave him the go-ahead, and he drove up there right away. Got the parts, came back, had my hot water working again within a few hours. Unbelievable personalized and prompt customer service. Super nice... read more
Wouldn't recommend,had an emergency last night and I reached out to simply ask where is the shut off valve located and he never responded,in my opinion it's poor customer service because if he was busy or couldn't make it out he could've said and I would've gotten someone else.After spending 11k with him i wish I would've spent my money elsewhere!!!!
