Very nice dude (Ed) who was able to help me with an issue over the phone and video chat, rather than fixing something that didn’t really need fixing. He helped calm me down after a leak that enbridge/lakeside fixed. Just wanted to make sure everything was good.

Friendly guy and felt like I was in good hands but oh my was I wrong. After install last Friday, my wife and I started to smell gas. Called Ed and he advised he smelt it before leaving so he ‘rechecked’ all the fittings etc. I called him several hours later to advise of a gas smell. He was a bit standoffish with me as it seemed like he had something to do on Saturday. 6 years ago, I needed a bathroom plumbing to be disconnected and closed off, Ed and his crew did an excellent work for me! Last week I needed a different plumbing job to be done in my house and Ed and his crew did and Excellent job, beautiful workmanship once again! I am so happy that they did the work for me. They are Respectful / well mannered / clean and professional people.
Ed and Brian recently installed a radiator into our kitchen and replaced a leaking pipe joint in a bedroom. Ed was detailed in his description of the pipe repair process, including the worst case scenario. Thankfully, it didn’t come to that, and both the repair and installation were complete without any hitches.
