I had a problem with a tankless hot water heater. The unit is probably over 15 years old now. I called Ed after 4 o’clock in the afternoon and he was at my place for 9am the next morning to have a look at and troubleshoot. The unit I have is obsolete now so parts are hard to find, but he was able to source parts up in Toronto, I gave him the go-ahead, and he drove up there right away. Wouldn't recommend, had an emergency last night and I reached out to simply ask where is the shut off valve located and he never responded,in my opinion it's poor customer service because if he was busy or couldn't make it out he could've said and I would've gotten someone else. After spending 11k with him i wish I would've spent my money elsewhere!!!!

He was a bit standoffish with me as it seemed like he had something to do on Saturday. I was able to get him out the next morning to look into the leak where he spent 5 minutes in my basement and told me there’s no leak. He then spent 45 minutes ... read more
