Use this company. They wont rip you off. I called about a bee issue and instead of scheduling an appt and taking my money, he told me to wait a little longer because it hasn't been long enough yet and it seems like from the description I gave him the previous treatment did work. I called a larger Corp exterminator 5 minutes before calling here and they kept me on the phone for 15mins trying to have me buy a package of 5 treatments before even scheduling. Definitely go with Ed's.
I contacted them after noticing ants spreading from the kitchen wall into the dining area. The technician arrived in the evening and started inspecting behind cabinets and along tile gaps. He found a small crack near the sink pipe and treated it carefully. The spray had almost no strong smell, which I liked. Within two days the ants reduced a lot and were fully gone after about a week. Communication during booking could be faster, but the result was reliable and long-lasting.
#1 - Bar none!!!!! When it comes to standards, morale, and just doing good business, Ed’s is hands-down my number one choice. It’s one thing to be able to count on a business to do the service that you asked. However, Ed’s takes it to another level. We did our due diligence to find a reputable service. I had my first service with Chris today for a mouse issue I've been having in my apartment. He was on time, professional and so friendly! I had another company service my apartment last week and they missed obvious holes and issues that Chris was able to find and address. He checked every room and area that may have had issues and took his time explaining what he was putting down to stop the mice. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and will definitely be recommending Ed's to everyone!
E-Paws is amazing! They got me on the schedule quickly. The woman on the phone was so kind and informative. Chris came to my house right on time and was so professional. The best!
