I have a 1979 Mrcedes 450sL that needed engine work, but iI went to four different Mercades repair shops in Burbank and Glendale who all told me they didn't work on older Mercedes cars. The shop tolf me to try Ed's Mercedes ion Glendale Blvd. In Glrndale. I drove my car to Ed's shop. At full speed the car wouldn't go over 25 miles an hour. I told him i think it needs a new transmission.
