The service manager was very professional and the technician took ample amount of time to identify a difficult problem in a timely manner. They have definetly earned my business from this point forward. I will be recommending to my friends and co-workers
I had a huge leak in my 1992 BMW. I am a single mom on a limited budget and I was so worried about the cost of the repair. When I arrived at Ed's I was warmly greeted and talk to like a person. Not a girl. Lots of shops talk down to women. They did s great job of diagnosing my leaks and found a problem that I had no idea about. Excellent service and very knowledgable staff. Price is a lot better than dealership. definately a repeat customer. Had my 02 328i serviced by them. I loved that they went over a safety sheet with me. THANKS!
