Our air went out earlier this afternoon and our property manager told us to give this man a call. I immediately called and they took my name and number, told me Ed would be calling me back. 2 hours later, no call back. So I called again and the same thing... I have called a total of 4 times so far and it is midnight. This man didn't even have the decency to call me back and say, hey I'm busy or hey I am acknowledging your call....nothing. Ed and his team are great! They helped me cool down my house and came out in an emergency when my in laws ac leaked through the roof. He was knowledgeable and was willing to show us everything that he did and how to keep it from clogging.
Ed's was fabulous. Our HVAC went out over the weekend so we called around to find anyone available that could come out and fix it. Ed called back on a Sunday and told us they would be out first chance on Monday. Not only did they come out and fix our system, they pointed out that Cassell Brothers had incorrectly installed the drain system on our unit which was why it was not draining properly. Mind you, we have been paying Cassell Brothers for YEARS to fix this issue to which they continually tried to blame us for not puttin... read more
