This guy called our store and left a profanity laced message…we don’t even know who he is. I tried calling him from my cell phone to see if he was unwell and needed help but he answered the phone with profanity. Hopefully he gets some help.

Omg...I think my feelings r more hurt than anything!!! My central air unit went out and I gave this guy a Call...he was very friendly and claimed to have given me the best deal ever. I went to my credit union to get a loan for a new unit and he put it n right away...long story short my ac unit never worked properly...I called him to c what can b done and he said that my furnace was the reason y my air wasn't working properly.
