Unprofessional! Dropped off my 2013 Scion Fr-S in for an engine swap with my own supplied engine told them the time of arrival but they didn't have a forklift or engine hoist ready to get the replacement engine out of the truck asked us to lift it or I'd have to wait for them (wasting time[time=money]) when installed it was wired wrong possibly blowing the ECU fuse they called and wanted to diagnose it at labor rates even though it was their mistake.
