Who can I talk to to get my money back? I just go to try to clean my. Car and I put some money and never give me time the. Machine doesn't work and just eat my money

This car wash is junk and they are stealing the quarters. The machines take 5 quarters then it eats 5 then takes 5 more. I spent over $10 here in 2 different bays for a total of 5 minutes of working time, both bays stole my money in the same way. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
