Ed is So friendly. He put new soles and heels on my boots. Wow! They look amazing!
Went to Ed today and he replaced the heel on my boot on the spot. Excellent experience!~
This man is rude, impatient, and unprofessional. All I asked him to do was to repair 2 seams on each boot that had come unstitched. He gave me 2 different dates for the repair being finished and missed them both, even though they were several weeks apart. When I finally got my boots back, the stitching was abhorrent. They weren't straight in the slightest, he didn't even complete one side, and he didn't even put one of the flaps back in its proper spot, so now there's an open hole where water can just pour straight down into... read more
AVOID AT ALL COST,THIS CLOWN DEMANDED PAYMENT UP FRONT BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE REPAIR TO BE DONE. THIS INCOMPETANT JERK COULDN'T EVEN FIX A SIMPLE SIDE ZIPPER,RUINING AN OTHERWISE USEFUL PAIR OF FIELD BOOTS. NOPE,THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
