Crash Champions were professional, great communicators, and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I appreciate that they worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to!
These people are the worst. You cannot believe a word they say. First they blame “getting parts” then they blame automated emails, then they claim “miscommunication” . . . My truck was supposed to be finished Sept 16. Today is October 16 and Nathan SENDS A TEXT saying it will be another week. They are getting one star because I’m hoping the quality of their work is good. Everything else is terrible.
