Got my very first car crash ever since driving took my vehicle here and my insurance company had made an appointment for me and Crash Champions had canceled it a few times switched which insurance company I was going through to get my repairs done told me my appointment didn’t actually exist told me they were booked out six months and could not do repairs. They must be paying people to lie and give good reviews. If you go there you better not expect you vehicle back for weeks. They give you the run around. I would tell anyone to not go there!
I’m unable to determine the complete quality of. My vehicle was returned to me with a receipt that stated all work was complete. After inspecting my vehicle, several parts were not replaced that were marked complete on the receipt. I question the integrity of an organization that is not willing to confirm the quality of a product they produce. I will not be returning.
They pretend that they do not know any thing about the damage but some how they installed a new bumper on my truck and told the insurance that his truck is done there is no other damage while my suspension is messed up up from the accident they will team up with the insurance on you till you give up and take your truck and fix the rest of the damage on your own . The damage in the pictures looks fine to them my sway bar is bent in they insists that is a normal wear and tare and that my truck was like this before the accident... read more
