I called this barbershop for an appointment earlier in the day. The individual on the phone stated they did not have any available appointments that day. Later that day, I received a call back saying they had an opening due to a cancellation. I cancelled my plans, and took the appointment that I was offered. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted by a rude barber that said "Dude, I cancelled your appointment. Didn't you get my call you should check your phone". I had my appointment cancelled and rebooked less than 5 minutes before my appointment. The barber claims he called me, I received no calls. Very unprofessional experience, will not be returning. Barber shops are dime a dozen, and good customer service is not available here.
