I was having AC problems with my son's vehicle and Ed's Automotive was get me in by the end of the day. Same day service is really unheard of but I was extremely pleased.
I had a great experience with them, they were friendly and efficient.
I haven't gotten to the shop, and I don't think I will. It has been a week, I'm trying to contact them on the phone, I have left 3 messages at the beginning, and then I just hung up, as i see they do not pick up the phone for details. I emailed them as well, but it took an extra 5 days. How does this place do business? The quote I received is higher than the Mercedes dealership's price. Im confused
Ed’s Automotive was recommended to me by another company who was unable to fix the AC in my 2012 Toyota Avalon which required replacing all 4 actuators. The team at Ed’s jumped in and did a fantastic job along with other needed work. The atmosphere is friendly, professional and has the warmth of a close family. The job took a little longer than expected given the amount of work required but the communication was great and reasonable expectations set.
