We love Ed's! April always explains everything very well, and when the brakes go out on your truck... You get it to Ed's to fix. I went to get a new battery for my truck and the gentleman at the auto parts store handed me Ed's card. Ed's is well known for being honest and they do great work. If you have any car issues, take your car to Ed's.
Checked everything that was needed in the diagnostic and review all pricing with me before the work was started. It ended up that I did not have anything repaired because the prices were astronomical and the was no problem at all.
We were recommended this mechanic by a friend and were really happy with the service. I had a cosmetic piece of my new car get snapped off. I first took it to the dealer who quoted me really high, then an auto body shop that quoted a similar price. I called Ed's and asked if they could put the replacement piece on and they were able to get it done for me at about half the cost of the previous quotes. Ed was awesome to work with on a claim for a mutual customer. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. It’s always a plus when small shops have someone like Ed who keeps things running smoothly. Definitely appreciated the help.
