I called Eds transmission to day and spoke with Lee. Very professional. Hey ask questions concerning the problem that I was having with the transmission. I informed him that I brought it to the dealership for a diagnose. He called me back k a short time later and informed me of situation we were dealing with. Thanks Lee. You are awesome. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future.
Cash paying customer could get transmission rebuilds in about 3 days. Daughter's Durango was under extended warranty. 3 weeks to get warranty adjustment to the location and then another 3 weeks, after 8 weeks messing around with warranty a NEW TRANSMISSION was put in from which was purchased at the dealership. 3 yr/100K warranty on this transmission. Was recommended to them for a rebuild on my 2018 Z71 automatic. They were thorough and explained everything. Price was fair and below many I had called.
