Bad service they said they was coming for 4 hours straight never showed up I contacted them and did not get no response never ever again.
Towing. Waited over 4 hours. They kept updating the ETA to 90 minutes every 90 minutes. Finally texted that they were not coming. Wouldn’t answer their phone. What horrible and unacceptable customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
Towing, waited from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm to get a tow. Never again!!
Been using John at Sam's Garage for years. Can count on him for an honest assessment and timely repairs. I won't take my cars anywhere else.
