I appreciated their honesty when servicing my RAV4. It was easy to get an appointment and they did the work quickly while I waited. Very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend.
Apparently, they don't know how to bleed brakes. Went to pick up my truck after they did brake work and the pedal went to the floor with only moderate pressure. If I weren't an ex-mechanic (ASE Certified)... would I have simply left their lot with improperly bled brakes? Strong possibility. No apology. No nothing. Mechanic just got in it and drove it back to the shop. We'll see how it ends up. Update #1.
