My vehicle was selected to be repaired at this location. After receiving it back, I noticed that the steering and power steering were significantly affected—issues that were not present prior to the repair. Since then, I have been unable to get in touch with the mechanic. I also did not receive any proper documentation, explanation of the work completed, or any follow-up regarding my vehicle’s condition.
My wife received her car back very unsafe, he messed up the power steering would not answer, or return calls.
