The negative reviews below were regarding the staff long ago. We just had a wonderful experience with Dr Edrich, who came highly recommended by our internist and good friend orthopedic surgeon. He was great!
If I could give zero stars I would. Patty the receptionist is the most unprofessional person I have ever met . First of all- I called several times left several messages. never got a return call. I went up there- she asked me with a large group of people in the office- why did I need to see the doctor- I told her I could n't tell her that with a waiting room full of people, so I wrote it down-she blurted out what I wrote loudly and said the doctor doesn't do that? I had a cancerous tumor and Dr. Eldrich removed it. Yay no more cancer for now. Thanks Dr. Eldrich! You saved my life. Patty is really cool too. She always called me back when I have questions.
Called several times to schedule a consult per my physician. Never received a call back. I am not sure how a Dr office is still operating when many patients have stated the lack of care/non care given.
