I highly recommend Dr. Shen. Dr. Shen is an exceptionally knowledgeable and caring doctor. He supports natural lifestyle changes (diet and exercise) as a first approach to treating certain health conditions, but doesn't hesitate to use medication when it's truly needed. It completely shifts the emphasis from only experiencing what is wrong but understanding what you need to do creatively to prevent and treat the diseases and symptoms; putting you the patient in the drivers seat of your health and wellness vehicle
Does not listen. Talks non stop. I can see why there’s no wait. I thought it was good scheduling but he’s just so bad. Discouraged me from getting blood testing done every physical. Prescribed me a stimulant that he claimed was for weight loss when I am not even overweight. I had complained about extreme fatigue. Instead of giving me tests to uncover why, he kept me on this stimulant and kept increasing the dose. It almost ruined my life. I finally got a new doc and they did a series of tests.
