Provider don't use computers on his office. He is very old school. The doctor will never see your child. Your child will be seen by PA. Staff can't even administer suppositories. They will give you paper prescriptions. Very outdated. My child had never had blood work done with this doctor. Staff can be rude. It can take a long time for them to see your child. They will ask you to do covid test, but nothing else like the flu test. They won't do the test themselves and then they will question if you really did it.

The front desk staff are rude and always rushed. When you get there it seems like they add up charges. We always end up paying extra for one thing or another. When I asked to speak with them about those charges, they refused to talk to me in person and made me call them despite still being in the office. Waiting in the hallway instead of the waiting room, and you can only take one child at a time. The doctor is fine, but not worth the hassle.

Their one child "policy" is discrimination to those who don't have help and are single parents. Several times I had to get a babysitter to drive all the way to Palmdale to sit in the parking lot with my daughter or son while the other one was seen, even if they were completely healthy and it was simply a wellness check. On top of that, they closed their entire office to their patients and shuffled everyone down hallways and back doors to be seen. I love the doctors but the lady who takes their phone calls seems to be always in a hurry!!!! Like what’s the matter with her?? I couldn’t even explain what’s going on! She doesn’t seem to care to ask probing questions as well. I wonder how really busy she is coz it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!

All 5 of my children have been seen in this office. We Love Dr. Edralin, Joe, and the staff. All are kind and patient and thorough! We don't really have an opinion about Mariachristina, because the kids only ever saw the doc or Joe. So very sad when the kids hit 20 years of age and had to find a grownups doc.

Best doctor's office I've ever been in. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Edralin is great with my child and my nephew also sees him and loves him too.

The Doctor is great but the staff is often rude and condescending. They charged me for a no-show appointment which I know was my fault but they did not make a reminder phone call like most doctor's offices.

Dr. Edralin and his practitioners are among the best. The office staff and business manager are very rude to my wife and I. I have had difficulties trying to set up an urgent care appointment for my daughter. I had to cancel my appointment with Edralin in order to take her to the ER, and I was charged $50 for cancelling. I explained to them that my daughter had difficulty breathing and had to take her to the ER. They did not care.

Dr. Edralin and his practitioners are great, once you get by the office staff and their rude behavior. Trying to get an appointment with this office is horrible. If you call in the afternoon they will make you call in again the next morning to schedule a same day appt, why not just schedule me an appointment while I'm on the phone the first time?? Hate the way they schedule appointments.
