I am consistently impressed with the promptness and efficiency of the entire maintenance team. Cory, Tom, and their colleagues go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly. They are kind, polite, and professional in every interaction. Their commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for residents is truly invaluable and greatly appreciated!
This location is very clean and smells refreshing when entering. I like that the lounge area is large and accessible 24 hrs. This place is pet friendly which is great! Happy to have locked in a fair rate for the next school year in an apartment near campus. Imani was very helpful, thank you.
Chris in the office was a great help in explaining how the housing works for Syracuse University students and it looks like an awesome place to live!
I had the pleasure of working with Imani who was very professional and helpful! I stopped in with my daughter and we both were very satisfied with the property and the amenities. Imani was extremely friendly and polite and she did not rush or get impatient with the amount of questions we had! The tour overall definitely exceeded our expectations on what we are seeking! Get ready to be immediately sent to collections when you refuse to pay their extortionate "move-out" fees for normal wear and tear. They do this knowing many of their tenants are law students who do not want collections showing up on their character and fitness applications.
