constant construction will have you tearing your hair out, every day the walls will shake, as of writing every road exit is blocked for construction, on a weekly basis you will experience power outages or fire alarms, this happens a lot more once school is in session, note of the VERY expensive parking passes that are owned by SU (almost $600 a for a lease period), if you park in the parking lot you will be fined then towed by SU, if you park in paid parking you will be booted and towed by the city, asking the office for par... read more
Very quick maintenance. The building itself is maintained very nicely. But, it sucks how the mail room is sometimes chaotic, which I heard it's not the office's duty of care.

Amazing experience. Great to know it’s close to the university. Fully furnished apartment is absolutely great.
