Worked mainly with the owner's son on getting our roof done. He was very friendly and responsive to communication. Same goes for the office staff. They were a pleasure to deal with and helpful navigating things with insurance and mortgage companies. They accommodated my specific requests for the gutters even though they had to specially make some pieces for us. Only thing negative I can say is the length of time it took to complete the work, but that was due to the break on exterior work over the winter months.
Do NOT USE EDP! They will take your money and not do proper work! I had them replace a roof in 2017 and recently had an adjuster come out this past Feb to investigate some water damage. The adjuster determined that EDP was supposed to install 150’ of drip edge( on my insurance claim line items) and never put it in, even though code at the time called for it to be installed. I just had a complete new roof installed for my duplex rental property in Barrington The folks at EDP took care of everything and I was very happy with the job.
EDP overall was great! The only negative thing I could say would be with the coordination on dates workers would be onsite. Dates would change for whatever reason with no update to me. That being said , the work and staff was great!
