I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding our experience at your office during her scheduled appointment on September 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM. We arrived early at 10:25 AM to allow time for paperwork, which we fully understood and were prepared for. However, despite being on time, my mother was left waiting until 1:30 PM—more than three hours after her scheduled appointment—still sitting in her wheelchair outside the office. Do not go here. Find another doctors office. No ac, waited an hour past appointment time while there was only one other patient waiting. Staff was rude when a waiting patient asked approximately when they would be seen. While I was in the room waiting to be seen by the doctor the doors were all open, the trash was all full. I can here other patient’s conversations with nurses about there conditions which is insane.
Horrible experience if you have a choice do not go here they keep it like 100 degrees in there no ac and the staff is horrible not to mention trying to call the second u press 2 it says to call during regular time it’s Tuesday at 1:30 pm if this is not regular time i dont know what is also if your doing immigration packet do not go here they do not upload any shots given to Florida one I will be contacting my lawyer to see how I proceed with this situation
the customer service is horrible the hang up the phone on you the Janet and all the staff are very rude. they never give you refill and get upset over anything. once you give complain they don't pick up your call since they got caller ID
The staff, from the front desk to the physician, exhibited genuine compassion and a sincere desire to assist. I felt at ease as the physician attentively addressed our concerns and provided explanations that clarified the nature of the disease and its potential complications. Quality service overall.
