I actually enjoy Edo Japan and have had good experiences with the food, but unfortunately their online ordering system and customer service were extremely disappointing. I placed an online order before 8:30 p.m., but the system moved my order to two days later without my approval. I was later told this supposedly happens to orders placed after 8:40 p.m., which wasn’t the case with my order. third time going over and bubble tea taste only water they add only water in your bubble tea i think its time to speak up please do better next time for your next costumer thank you

Server named Cherry is so rude, not welcoming, no thank you and while serving me she took other guest order without saying anything.
