I ordered Chicken Teriyaki Bento. There were 2 young girls ahead of me who got their orders. When on my turn, after few minutes the Mom of those girls came back to complaint that staff made a wrong order. What I heard they ordered 1 Chix/beef teriyaki and 1 Beef teriyaki. The customer returned the chicken teriyaki coz their order was beef. One of the staff a guy with specs took the bowl and simply put the chicken from that returned order on the grill.
