Have come in a few times over the years when I am in passing thru Medicine Hat. Quality of food is consistent as I remember it at this location. The restaurant is usually clean, unless they have just gone thru a rush of people dining in. They are quick to make my meal each time, I visit. Close to the Tesla Superchargers, Starbucks, DollarTree, Canadian Tire, Subway, and Mucho Burrito.
Great food, poor customer service. On my most recent experience there, they got the order wrong for the customer ahead of me. Then the cashier inexplicably just proceeded to walk right by me and right out of the store?! The next person who took over didn't even acknowledge I was there! Having limited time on a lunch break, I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed... Will NOT be returning until significant changes are made in the level of service provided.
