I visited Edo Japan recently and found the experience to be decent but not outstanding. The food was okay — the teriyaki chicken was flavorful, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. The rice was cooked well, but some dishes lacked a bit of seasoning and could use more depth in flavor. Extremely welcoming staff, exceptionally tidy surroundings! Generous servings, reasonable prices! Regrettably, the vegetables in my bowl were entirely uncooked. Not great, had to remove them all. The soda was entirely lacking in carbonation too. Would come back for the welcoming service
