Sushi wasn't done good. Breaking apart...
The customer service was disappointing, but that wasn't even the biggest issue. The vegetables, especially the broccoli, tasted sour and seemed spoiled. It's really frustrating to spend nearly $20 on a meal only to find that a significant portion of the ingredients appear to have gone bad. I hope the restaurant takes food quality and freshness more seriously, as serving spoiled ingredients could pose a health risk. Better quality control before food is served would go a long way.
They don’t answer the phone. Thought it didn’t work so I called when I was standing in line and it rang while I watched them ignore it. Wasn’t even busy. Definitely loosing business
