They messed up my order and then didn’t make attempts to fix it send after asked if it was okay if they just didn’t give me what I actually ordered
DoorDash made a mistake. Right before closing they sent a driver with the correct order and more ! Truly professional customer service!
The best crew of workers! They are always so freindy and go above and beyond to remember repeat customers and orders. This is the best Edo Japan I have encountered.
Food tastes good, staff is friendly, service is quick. But they are very stingy with the meat portion.
