It was amazing service and good staff.Food was so tasty it’s value for money.
What a terrible experience tonight at Edo. I came in with hungry kids who had just been swimming. The food is passable if you are in a rush. BUT, tonight they gave away our meal to an aggressive pickup person even after I asked if that was the meal they were packing for us. They insisted it was not our meal, and that my order was coming. But after watching nearly everyone leave the restaurant I asked again where my order was and then they finally realized they gave it to the other person. I love Edo! The staff & service are awesome at this location and the food is great as always. HOWEVER: there is a smoke alarm beeping in this restaurant…it must be out of backup batteries? I first noticed this when I visited the location a few months ago. I just stopped there for dinner again today and it is STILL beeping…..safety concerns aside, I don’t know how anyone can dine; let alone work for 8hrs a day listening to that sound multiple times every minute. My previous experience at Edo Japan was awesome. However, today I tried their $3 bubble tea, and it was the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. On the bright side, the sushi was awesome and definitely made the meal better.
