Today I received a sushi-licous platter that I ordered through the app, it looked like it was frozen then thawed (from the way the avocado looked), and under the top shrimp of one of my tiger rolls was brown mush. I went back to have them make me a new one and the lady there pulled a pre-made platter from a fridge. I asked if it was fresh, she said "yes, they were made at 6". I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I clearly stated at the beginning that I wanted a kids meal, but the staff entered a regular adult meal instead. When I asked to correct it, a staff member (a white female employee) came over and started lecturing me instead of simply fixing the mistake. She insisted that if I had ordered a kids meal, they would have asked about the treat, and since they didn’t, it meant I ordered incorrectly. Just wanted to shout out to this store for their exceptional customer service. When an error was made by a skip the dishes driver they went over and above to rectify my order. I was so touched by their support right before they were closing. Please take a moment to check out this location.
I recently dined at this establishment and was impressed by the delicious food and pleasant ambiance. The store was exceptionally clean, and the food was served fresh and hot. I ordered the ramen soup, which was outstanding. The employees, particularly Aicee, were very accommodating and presented themselves professionally. I highly recommend this branch.
