Went here at 4:30 pm Tuesday Oct 31 and stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no service. We even called hello a couple of times and no response. Where was the staff? Also tip jar left out unsupervised. If you are going to run a takeout in a mall maybe stay and work.
I tries going here close to closing time and I stood at the cash register for 15 minutes waiting to order and no staff ever appeared so I eventually just left. It was still another 15 minutes before they should have been closed. Basically I drove all the way there for nothing and wasted a lot of time. The ‘good court’ here is very small and not very clean looking or well maintained. I can’t say I would recommend it for anything other than a quick snack or beverage
I rarely go out for lunch but I had an errand to run in the Northgate Mall and had lunch at Edo Japan. Service was prompt and quick. Ordered a Grilled Veggie Teriyaki Meal with Shrimp. The food was freshly prepared in front of me and immediately served hot and delicious. Edo Japan is a great option with healthy choices compared to other regular fast food outlets.
Showed up 30 minutes before close and told me that they were not open they then proceeded to make a meal for skip the dishes right in front of my face.
