Ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki for takeout and was pretty disappointed. The sauce was so thin it felt less like teriyaki and more like a watery soup — not exactly what you're hoping to find when you open the container at home. Teriyaki lives and dies by its sauce, and this one just didn't deliver. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and great to deal with, which is appreciated. Hopefully the kitchen gets the sauce sorted out, because that's really the whole game with a teriyaki dish.
The staff are so lovely and sweet! The lady who brought our food to us came back and asked how we were enjoying it! Amazing customer service!
